The following information in this email is of utmost importance to ALL KWSL players and those involved with the teams in the KWSL.
First and foremost there will be an information gathering/consultation meeting regarding the format of the divisions for the 2009 outdoor season. The executive would like to receive input from any player, team rep or coaches from each division regarding length of season, play offs, nights of play, protection lists etc. Due to time constraints each division will only have ½ hour for their input. Please come prepared with your suggestions. This evening will only be for information gathering. Decisions to be made will be discussed at a later date. Please encourage your team mates to attend or pass along their suggestions to you.
Sunday, November 30th at Soccer Quest. Please note the following times:
Div 1 – 7:30pm Div 2 – 6:00pm Div 3 – 7:00pm Div 4(masters) – 6:30pm
These times were set out specifically due to the indoor soccer schedule so we are endeavouring to be on time and on task.
Secondly, as mandated at our AGM the executive is on a fact finding mission to determine how many players would be interested in participating in Div 4 (masters). In the following week each individual who is in the age category will receive a letter asking them to determine their commitment for Div 4. The future of this division will be determined by the outcome of this mission. As previously stated at the AGM, we will require at least 4 teams to proceed with the division.
