Game Cancelation Procedures

Games need to be canceled 48 hours in advance to cancel the ref. Otherwise, the defaulting team gets fined the cost of the referee. It is also the defaulting teams responsibility to inform the team they are defaulting on with appropriate notice. Please show some consideration as many teams have players traveling from far destinations and unneeded trips could be avoided.

Protocol To Cancel Game:

With 48 hours notice

1. Email Brian Flamank at soccerref@shaw.ca and confirm he has received the message

2. Call/ e-mail your opposition and confirm they have received the message

3. E-mail Heather and Willow with a game report to them that your team defaulted and that the above contacts have been made and confirmed.

Games will not be rescheduled due to cancelations.
