KWSL Game and Player information report instructions:

1. Each team should select a statistics representative and a back up representative who will be responsible for emailing Willow and Heather  the following information by 10:00pm the evening of each league game.  email game report

 Team name (noted first in the email):
 Opposing Team Name:
 Score: (example Topline 2 – Gords Maytag 2)
 Names of the scorers for your team and the number of goals for each player if they scored more than once
 Any yellow or red cards received by your team players during the game and the date of each offence

2. On the 30th of each month, please drop off all triplicate game team lists in an envelop with your team name on it at 122 Waddington Drive. Lists signed by the ref should only include names of players who played in the game, do not write complete team lists and then cross out names if the player does not show up. Each team can only dress 19 players per game.

If teams do not ensure that this reporting takes place, we as the KWSL are then not able to accurately track statistics, report to the paper or to maintain our website. Each team will be fined for not reporting on time or accurate information.
